Exporting Your Memories: One-Click ZIP Downloads & Microsoft OneDrive Sync

Prepare a complete event archive and understand how available cloud-storage connections fit into your backup routine.

Event memories are easiest to keep when everyone knows what to do. This guide breaks the process into clear steps you can use before, during, or after a celebration.

Prepare the gallery before export

After the event, review the gallery and confirm uploads have finished. If moderation is enabled, resolve pending items before you request a final archive.

Download the event archive

When archive downloads are available on your plan, use the event’s download action and save the generated file to a trusted location. Large galleries can take time to prepare, so keep the download link private and verify the archive after it finishes.

Use a stable network for large downloads.
Keep one original archive and a separate backup copy.

Do not delete the gallery until you have confirmed your backup opens correctly.

Use connected cloud storage carefully

If Microsoft OneDrive or another supported storage provider is configured for your workspace, check that the connection is active and that the event files appear in the expected location. Provider availability and sync behavior depend on your account configuration.

Keep a simple backup routine

Store the archive in a place you control, label it with the event name and date, and make a second copy if the memories are especially important. Cloud sync is useful, but a verified download gives you an additional independent copy.
